Joe Rozell studied Exercise Science at Kean University and is NASM certified. Joe has worked with NFL, NCAA, MLS, UFC, MLB, NHL, and youth athletes for many years. Joe was a youth football coach for many years. Joe was an All-Conference and US ARMY GRIDIRON Classic Linebacker out of Donovan Catholic in 2015. Joe was an assistant coach (defense and offense positions) at Toms River South high school and also ran the strength and conditioning program during his time there.
Joe has produced multiple Athletes into the NCAA and also into the Pros. In 2019, he produced 10 1st and 2nd Team all-conference Football Players, 13 NCAA Athletes, a District and State championship finalist wrestler, and one youth #1 ranked wrestler at age 14. Joe has worked with many athletes of all ages since 2016 (Youth, High School, College and Professional). Joe’s professional NFL clientele includes past and current players from may teams including the NY Giants, NY Jets, New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, Miami Dolphins, San Diego Chargers and more. In addition to training, Joe is currently a scout for the East-West Shrine Bowl, the longest-running college all-star football game in the nation.
